Dynamic Convergence (Pty) Ltd group Head Office is in Cape Town, South Africa with a Branch in Johannesburg. Ownership of the companies resides within the Cape Empowerment Trust Ltd, a black economic empowerment (BEE) venture that was established in 1982 and listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in 1998.

The group employs more than 320 people and is focused on the self-development of the
previously disadvantaged by changing traditional ownership and employment
practices while maintaining sound business principles for growth and
shareholder returns.

Dynamic Convergence has traditionally focused on the supply of copper
cable and accessories for the Telecommunication Industry. Due to
the increased demand for Bandwidth and changes in the Data and
Voice Transmission Environment, Dynamic Convergence launched
its state of the art Fiber Termination Lab in January 2003.
